For the flooring install, her team was on time, professional and quickly installed 4 bedrooms, 5 closets and 2 hallways in our home. She kept us updated throughout the scheduling process and personally showed up to check and make sure things went smoothly on the projects. This is how my bath tub was left on a brand new home that they laid the tile for. I don’t know if this is their responsibility or the builders but nevertheless it should not have ever been presented to me this way!! Notice how only it’s partially grouted. The rest of the bathtub is the same. I do not understand their reasoning for this at all. Update: I am very pleased with how the situation is being handled. The very next day the owner, Maxie went through the trouble to get my phone number and called me. She is doing everything she can to fix the issue that was at hand. She had no idea she had a dissatisfied customer and I am partly to blame for that and my builder is to blame as well.
